The Society for Young Clinical Laboratorians (SYCL, pronounced “cycle”) provides crucial networking, mentorship, programming, and recognition opportunities for early career laboratorians. SYCL is a free benefit to Association for Diagnostics & Laboratory Medicine members younger than age 40, Trainee Members, or members within 7 years of completing their training.
