Room rates
A special room rate of $269+/night (single or double occupancy) has been obtained for the conference. Booking through ADLM’s housing link ensures you that you'll be staying in the same hotel building as the conference. The rate is available through September 9, 2024, or until the room block has been sold out.
Hotel shuttle
Once you've arrived at the San Diego International Airport, access the following terminals to take the free hotel shuttle:
- Terminal 1: Cross the Sky Bridge, then walk back towards the airport. The shuttle stop is on the left, marked "Hotel Courtesy Shuttles".
- Terminal 2: From the baggage claim, cross the street, then go to the second island. Walk left to signage marked "Hotel Courtesy Shuttles".
The shuttle takes 30 minutes round trip and loops from 4:45 am through midnight in Pacific Time. Please call the hotel at 619-291-2900 and choose option 3 for more shuttle information.

By air
Fly into San Diego International Airport (SAN) and take the free hotel shuttle.
By train
Purchase a ticket on Amtrak to book a train from your city to San Diego, California, and arrive at the Santa Fe Depot station.
